For proofreading or copyediting
Documents submitted for proofreading must be in a completed, final layout format and sent as an email PDF attachment, or as a fax or by post.
Manuscripts submitted for copyediting should be in a general text format (e.g. MS WORD), not in the final layout format. Following copyediting, we recommend resubmitting your document for proofreading.
For developmental editing
Documents needing developmental editing should be submitted in a format similar to how you envision the final product, including any graphics. We will then recommend modifications for improvement.
For Writing
At the beginning, we will discuss the options with you regarding the content, intended audience, time frames, and information or research needed to create your final product. As much as possible, we will follow your directions, while also making experienced recommendations. We will continue to consult with you along the way until you are satisfied with the results.
